Our client, a medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate. This role will manage and execute the receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of medical products.

Responsibilities:

• Pick parts for production orders and perform regular cycle counts
• Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) method is maintained for both raw materials and finished goods
• Accurately receive deliveries, count contents, and enter data into the MRP system
• Document and report damaged shipments and quantity discrepancies
• Deliver received parts to appropriate storage locations and pull devices for customer order fulfillment
• Carefully pack customer orders to prevent damage during shipping
• Prepare shipping documentation for various carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize varying demands
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic mathematics and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industries is a plus
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and cleanroom experience is a plus
• Ability to manipulate small parts and frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up
  to 70 pounds
