Our client, a leading global medical aesthetic device company, has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist. This role will be responsible for the accurate receipt and distribution of all inbound material.

Responsibilities:

• Count, receive, and deliver raw materials and enter receipts into Oracle
• Receive and deliver non-inventory material to employees
• Work with the buyer/planners to resolve issues with purchase orders
• Pick, pack, and process shipping orders in Oracle
• Work with Customer Service and Manufacturing teams to ensure that on time delivery shipping schedules are met
• Perform additional inventory/materials-related tasks and projects as directed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• ERP experience
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
