Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator delivers Salesforce technology solutions that meet business
needs, and provides guidance on key Salesforce related initiatives. This individual provides
subject matter expertise for products and technical solutions that require integration into
Salesforce. S/he works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business
requirements and project designs align with the Salesforce architecture roadmap.
What You Will Do:
 Serve as subject matter expert and drive technical solutions within Salesforce
environment; includes requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and customization
 Administer, customize and configure Salesforce features including Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Workflows, etc.
 Lead on technical solutioning, design and delivery of Salesforce integration with 3rd party applications
 Provide technical guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders
 Serve as SME in technical design sessions; prepare documentation for planned releases
 Help define technical standards and guidelines for Salesforce
What You Will Bring:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
 3 years’ experience working as a Salesforce administrator / subject matter expert
 Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
