Our client, a leader in the electronics field, has an immediate opening for a Quality Inspector. Using IPC standards and applicable production documentation, this role will inspect PCBAs, other sub-
assemblies, and assemblies for conformity and acceptance to documented requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform first piece inspection of new PCB assemblies to ensure they are built as documented
• Effectively communicate quality issues to the Quality Director, Production Managers, and others as required to ensure that all products meet customer specifications
• Identify and report all process and product non-conformances
• Maintain all required production logs and records
• Follow Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures and maintain ESD controls

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years related Quality Inspection experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Previous Certification to IPC-A-610 is required; current certification is a plus
• Understand and follow written procedures and verbal instruction
• Ability to interpret production drawings
• High attention to detail
