Our client, a medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Production Technician. This role will be responsible for following assembly instructions, performing quality checks, and ensuring that production processes meet regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality product output
• Conduct quality checks to confirm that products meet established quality standards
• Comply with all relevant policies, guidelines, and safety requirements as outlined
• Complete all administrative tasks related to business or regulatory requirements in a timely manner
• Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to management promptly
• Provide on-the-job training to colleagues as needed to ensure consistent production quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate smooth manufacturing operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Familiarity with office computer programs
• Previous experience with small parts assembly is strongly preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industries is a plus
• Cleanroom experience is a plus
• Ability to use small hand tools and assemble small mechanical parts
• Capable of using hands to handle, finger, or feel materials
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach within arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision for precise assembly tasks
