Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the plastics injection molding industry, has an immediate opening for a Production Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the production team, enhancing productivity, and overseeing all machinery and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment, personnel, and inventory management within the facility
• Provide instruction, training, and performance feedback to associates to ensure their safety and success
• Assist the team with hands-on manufacturing duties, including processing, tool setup, and maintenance
• Ensure efficient execution of production schedules to meet customer requirements and production goals
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the use of personnel, materials, and equipment resources
• Meet production budgets and goals, including on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency targets
• Review processes to ensure superior quality and implement necessary corrective actions or adjustments

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plastics injection molding, including processing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record of meeting production budgets and goals
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and guide a team
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Prior experience with IQMS or similar ERP systems preferred
