We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Specialist to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of systems and networks, managing technology vendors, and driving the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This role is critical in maintaining up-to-date IT policies and procedures that comply with industry standards, regulations, and cyber insurance requirements. The IT Specialist will also work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between IT and the company's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems and networks are functioning optimally.
• Oversee the reliability and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external service providers.
• Implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including maintaining cyber insurance standards.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with organizational goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the organization, including networks and cloud computing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT supports business objectives effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud computing, and IT management best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with SAGE software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
