Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sectors. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Facilitate project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
- Domestic and international travel may be required up to 10%.
