  • Provide telephone support to customers and staff, answering inquiries and assisting in problem solving
  • SAP experience required**
  • Order fulfillment
  • Manage all customer quoting for product sales and billable services
  • Process all sales orders and follow the sale through from shipping to invoicing
  • Enter/update customer information
  • Create/update service cases as needed
  • Initiate escalation of customer disputes when warranted
  • Perform dispatching duties and coordination of field staff; schedule Field Support and Clinical Application Specialists as required
  • Manage monthly entitlement/service contract distribution and update
  • Create, file and maintain device history records and correspondence
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
