Our client, a medical device manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for a Cleanroom Assembly Technician. This role will perform and ensure production assembly tasks are actively completed to meet production schedules while upholding the highest level of Quality.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products by using a variety of hand and power tools
• Perform machine set up of ultrasonic welders, pneumatic presses, and heat-sealing equipment
• Perform cleaning, pouching, and sealing/labeling of sterile product
• Perform line clearance and start up activities, including scheduled maintenance tasks of equipment and facility

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience in an ISO 13485:FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR 820) compliant manufacturing environment is preferred
• High School graduate
• Ability to work in Class 7 cleanroom full time
• Excellent manual dexterity to be able to assemble small parts using tools and optical microscopy
• Ability to mix two-part solutions to prescribed volumes to support molding and joining processes
• Ability to perform required gowning actions to work primarily in a clean room environment
• Ability to measure using laboratory equipment, including graduated pipettes and cylinders
• Familiarity with MS Office, including use of Access databases
• Ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated success in planning for complex assembly production flows
