Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Sweet Briar College, Tracy began her career at the National Institutes of Health, working on HIV research in the National Institute of Allergic and Infectious Diseases.
Transitioning seamlessly into hospitality management, Tracy’s leadership acumen shone brightly as she steered the operations of three prominent restaurants in Washington, D.C. and Greater Boston. Throughout her tenure, she cultivated an unwavering commitment to superior customer service and client satisfaction, elevating the standards of excellence within her establishments.
Currently assuming the pivotal role of Division Manager at Biomedical Search, a division of Finish Line Staffing Services, Tracy continues to harness her diverse skill set and industry expertise to spearhead strategic initiatives and deliver unparalleled results for both clients and candidates.
