Our Team
Scott Hagan holds the position of President at Finish Line Staffing Services, leveraging an extensive 25-year background in the staffing industry. His proven expertise extends to building highly successful recruiting teams, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service and results to clients. Scott fosters an internal atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and enjoyment, traits that contribute to his track record of success.
In addition to overseeing recruiters, Scott spearheads business development initiatives. His strategic approach focuses on collaborative efforts and alignment with the sales organization, resulting in swift response times and optimal outcomes for clients. Scott’s leadership abilities, honed through years of experience and ownership of a thriving staffing firm, position him as a driving force behind Finish Line Staffing Services’ continued growth and client satisfaction.
Outside of his professional commitments, Scott serves as an active board member at NuPath, Inc., a human services provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Residing in Sarasota, he takes pleasure in the region’s climate and coastal offerings, enjoying these moments with his wife and two children.

Jim Arria is the Vice President of Operations for Finish Line Staffing Services. Prior to joining us, Jim spent 5 years in retail management for a major, regional sporting goods retailer.
Jim is a detail oriented individual who has spent the last 5 years in the staffing industry working with Finish Line Staffing. He started off as a Recruiter where his focus was in engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and production for manufacturing and medical device clients. Since learning the ins and outs of recruiting , Jim has worked his way into a leadership position within Finish Line Staffing as a Recruiting Manager.
Jim brings a high level of customer service, organization and professionalism to provide all clients with results and a top notch experience. Internally, Jim works in unison with the sales and recruiting teams to carry out the customer-first based vision that Finish Line Staffing Services strives for.
Outside of work, Jim likes to remain active by playing basketball and pickleball with his friends. He is also an avid fantasy football player who enjoys following the NFL and NBA.

Ryan Bere is FLSS’s Recruiting Manager and has been with the company since 2018. He comes to us with over 10 years of experience in retail management, coupled with years of experience in HR.
Ryan has recruited on roles such as technicians, machine operators and machinists, engineers, HR professionals and recruiters. His goal is to provide the best candidate experience while helping them in their search of the next great opportunity.
Outside of work Ryan, enjoys staying active by playing baseball. He has been a part of the 100 Innings of Baseball for the last 15 years, which raises money for ALS research each October.

Tracy Mason is the Division Manager of Biomedical Search, a division of Finish Line Staffing Services. Tracy brings a history of excellence in customer service and client satisfaction to the team.
A graduate of Sweet Briar College with a BS in Biology/ Chemistry, Tracy spent time conducting DNA sequencing and synthesis for the National Institute of Allergic and Infectious Diseases. Her hospitality career spanned several decades, 3 restaurants in a district (Washington, D.C) and the Greater Boston area. Most recently, she was a part of a dynamic sales team for an experiential marketing company in Boston.
When Tracy is not watching Boston Bruins hockey, she is usually outside with her husband trying to wear out both her Great Dane and young son.

Mark McKim is a strategic, results-oriented staffing professional with extensive experience managing local, regional, and national accounts. Mark is accomplished at solving business challenges in regards to talent acquisition throughout North America and has been involved in all levels in the staffing industry from sales/recruiting to management. Mark’s key markets of expertise are in the financial services, healthcare, DoD, aerospace, retail, and manufacturing industries.
Mark gives back to the community by donating time to volunteer efforts, such as SHRA, TBTLA/Community Relations, AFCEA/Scholarships, YMCA/Coach, HDI, and Kiwanis.
Robert Zorian is the Business Development Manager for Finish Line Staffing Services, where he helps companies find top-tier, hard-to-find talent for engineering, manufacturing, production, and supply chain contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions. With over 20 years of experience as a business owner, Robert understands the critical importance of hiring the right person to ensure business success and growth.
Robert is also a proven baseball professional. After completing a successful career in baseball, which included playing and coaching in the NCAA, he founded Zorian, LLC as Zorian Bat Company in 2003. In 2005, several major league players requested that the Zorian wood baseball bat be offered by their respective clubs, leading to Zorian being approved for use in Major League Baseball.
Chris Tashjian is a Recruiter and former athletics director and educator with over 20 years of experience. His people skills, leadership abilities and professional network go hand-in-hand when developing, recruiting and assisting candidates for Finish Line Staffing Services clients.
A resident of West Warwick, RI, Tashjian is a member of RISHRM, the Providence Chamber of Commerce and the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association.
Chris has a BS in Physical Education/ Health from Salem State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University. He is Certified Athletic Administrator with the National Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association.
When he’s taking break from finding the next great hire, Chris also serves as an NCAA Basketball Official and NCAA Baseball umpire.

Paul Nannicelli is the Director of Client Services Finish Line Staffing Services and Biomedical Search, a division of Finish Line Staffing Services. Paul’s prior background includes roles in recruiting management, and business development.
Paul attended Xaverian Brothers High School and Saint Michael’s College, graduating in 2010, where received a BS in business with a minor in marketing.
Paul is an athlete, playing hockey for the Boston Junior Bruins, college hockey at Saint Michael’s and then brief professional play in France.

Nick Siegel comes to Finish Line Staffing Services as a recruiter and brings 3 years of recruiting experience within NCAA Baseball as a pitching coach and recruiting coordinator. His leadership and analytical skills were developed by working for several years within college and professional baseball. His personal mission focuses on relationship building and guiding candidates through the process, creating a stress-free environment focusing on how to best assist clients’ professional needs.
In college, Nick was a student athlete for Plymouth State University, Hofstra University, and Southern Connecticut State University at different points in his career. He went on to graduate with a B.S in Business Economics from Hofstra University.
Outside of work, Nick stays connected to the baseball community. His hobbies are board games, cooking, and reading.
