Our client has an immediate opening for an Inventory Analyst. This role is responsible for conducting inventory audits within designated territories.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory audits for assigned territories with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
• Communicate effectively with Regional Managers and Distributors to gather initial inventory data, including location and quantity details for consigned inventory
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to verify and confirm the accuracy of inventory totals
• Utilize advanced Excel functionality and the NAVISION ERP system to manage and track inventory data
• Maintain and update inputs to the computerized inventory system to ensure accurate records
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate across diverse teams
• Proven ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and tact in all interactions, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
• Familiarity with inventory policies and procedures is preferred
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NAVISION, is required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
