We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager – Day Services to oversee and enhance programs for individuals with disabilities. This role involves supervising staff, implementing engaging and effective programs, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and organizational skills, experience with behavioral interventions, and a passion for fostering independence and well-being in others.

Responsibilities:
Community:
- Recruit, hire, train, and orient staff and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with CARF/DDS/DOL standards.
- Communicate with external agencies and oversee transportation vendor relationships.
- Directly manage multiple programs, including autism and community-based initiatives.

- Foster teamwork and collaboration with coworkers, families, and external agencies.
- Promote safety, evaluate risks, and address incidents promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold policies and procedures.
- Provide direct support when needed and ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.

- Facilitate family involvement and maintain a supportive program structure.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and case conferences.

- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; five years of related experience can substitute for a degree.
- Experience working in behaviorally challenging environments and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals with disabilities is preferred.
