Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to manufacturing high-quality parts, including mechanical assembly, metal polishing, laser marking, and general labor duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards, accurately recording time and production data, and ensuring proper care of equipment and supplies.

- Perform mechanical assembly tasks as assigned, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Polish metal components to meet specified quality standards.
- Operate laser marking equipment to label parts with precision and accuracy.
- Complete general labor tasks as needed, supporting various aspects of the production process.
- Maintain accurate time and production records, documenting all work performed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
