We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Hygienist to deliver excellent patient care while promoting oral hygiene education and disease prevention. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to continuing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with state regulations.
• Screen patients for oral diseases and conditions, including checking for signs of gingivitis, periodontitis, and other oral health issues.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary habits.
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, as needed.
• Maintain patient records and update treatment plans in the practice management system.
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Stay current with dental hygiene advancements and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with dental software and basic computer skills.
