We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with quality standards by performing inspections, overseeing materials approval processes, and contributing to documentation and training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Line Clearance:
- Conduct quality line clears and in-process inspections during inspection and packing processes in accordance with SOP requirements.
- Material Control:
- Issue lot numbers and control labels for incoming raw materials.
- Perform inspections following internal procedures and specifications.
- Release approved raw materials for manufacturing use, including completion of associated documentation, notice of approval forms (bin cards), and inventory relabeling.
- Documentation Review and Monitoring:
- Review MPS (Material/Product Specifications) from other inspectors for approval and release.
- Monitor and perform annual retain inspections and coordinate required retesting with QC.
- Complete necessary documentation for retain inspections.
- Quality Oversight:
- Conduct OOS (Out of Specification) investigations and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings for rejected materials.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for functions and provide training for new employees, contractors, and QA personnel.
- Procedure Management:
- Perform biennial reviews for designated procedures and Material/Product Specifications as required.
- Author and complete Document Change Requests (DCRs) as necessary.
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP):
- Ensure all work activities are documented according to GDP standards.
- Maintain current training on all assigned procedures, including read & understood acknowledgments, skills development, and classroom training.
- Additional Projects:
- Participate in other projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, inspection, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SOPs, GDP, and quality standards in a regulated industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities to support team development.
- Proficiency in documentation review, data analysis, and materials inspection processes.
