This individual will have a proven ability to guide a project from concept and initial sketches through to full-scale production. The ideal candidate will bring multi-disciplinary expertise, ensuring comprehensive project execution with a strong focus on quality, design, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring seamless integration of all phases.
• Provide hands-on mechanical design engineering, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
• Oversee quality control, testing, and validation processes to meet industry standards.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage manufacturing and production planning activities.
• Handle supplier management and build strong, collaborative relationships with external partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring their requirements are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering, including design, testing, and validation.
• Strong background in quality control and project management.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including manufacturing and supply chain.
• Exceptional problem-solving and adaptive skills developed through handling both successes and challenges in project development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients.
• Expertise in design for experiments (DFE) and comprehensive project execution.
